MEET THE CAST OF GHOSTLIGHT!
Step into the unknown with the cast of GHOSTLIGHT! From the mind of Stephen Gregg (TRAP), this spine-tingling mystery follows a group of high school students as they uncover secrets lurking within their prestigious school—where the supernatural feels all too real. As eerie events unfold and reality begins to blur, one question remains: What happens when the lights go out?

The talented group of students ready to guide us through this chilling story include Gabby Jones as Garbiela, Ava Kaelke as Fantine, Julian Holt as Clovis, Daxton Holthaus as Jackson, Isaac Gosteli as Ruth, Arianna Jackson as Riley, Helen Smith as Colby, Brooks Ruffner as Billiam, Emma VanDeVelde as Kelvin, Lydia Duesterhaus as Mogpin, Cecelia Wayland as Ms. Stauncher, Cecilia Bruening as Flachra, Sullivan Holthaus as Amicus, Abram Hendrian as Tam Tam, Reid Westermeyer as Maunder, and Leah Hammer as Foley Artist.
GHOSTLIGHT is under the direction of Mack Finklea.
“As a former student of Quincy Community Theatre, when I got asked to direct a show here, I was excited just to be coming back to my very first theatre home,” said Finklea. “But once I had read GHOSTLIGHT and began to visualize it here, I became truly thrilled to be working on this show.”
GHOSTLIGHT is being performed in QCT’s Lab Theatre. QCT’s students are experimenting with live sound effects, audience participation, fourth wall breaks, and devised movements to tell this metatheatrical ghost story.
“I can try to entice you to see this show with promises of suspense, plot twists, humor, and the supernatural (all of which are very present in this show), but I think GHOSTLIGHT sums up its biggest draw perfectly with its closing line: ‘It’s fun to watch people having fun,’” said Finklea. “And we are certainly having fun with this one!”
The production team for GHOSTLIGHT includes Stage Management by Me JW Crouch and Jessica Crockett, Costume Design by Jayden Dreyer, Scenic Design by Harrison Clarke, and Lighting Design by Megan Eaton.
Performances are April 24-27 in our Lab Theatre space. Tickets go on sale April 1. Tickets for our Lab Theatre productions are general admission and seating is limited, so be sure to purchase your tickets early!
Discovery Night for GHOSTLIGHT will be held on April 15, at 6:00 pm at QCT. The free event will give participants a view into the production process with discussion and Q&A! In addition, immediately following the April 25 performance, there will be a Q&A Talk Back session with the cast and crew.
